Connecting job seekers, educators, and students with Minnesota manufacturers that are ready to hire new talent!
The best way to get your feet wet in manufacturing is to attend one of our events. Through tours, career fairs, robotics competitions, and other events you can get connected to the industry and learn more about a future in manufacturing.
SEaM camp is a one week adventure for students from 6th through 12th grade which gives them an opportunity to experience hands on electronics, rc motor controllers, computer aided drafting, manufacturing machining, and industrial robotics. From the first day of camp, students begin building their “battlebots” from kits having hundreds of parts. Each team of students assemble their robot in their own design for capabilities ranging from maneuvering and obstacle course to controlling weapons for “battlebot” wars in the competition held on the last day of camp. Lunch and camp shirts are provided.
